San Francisco-based AI-powered technology company, Primer Technologies, has successfully raised $69 million in the first close of its Series D funding round.

The investment was led by prominent investment firm Addition, with participation from the US Innovative Technology Fund (USIT). The funding will enable Primer to accelerate its research and development efforts in generative AI and machine learning models, expand its talent pool, and advance its product offerings.

The AI-powered technology startup leverages artificial intelligence to accelerate intelligence and decision cycles, prioritizing safety and security. Their AI technology is trusted by the US Government, strategic allies, and Fortune 100 companies to extract valuable insights from vast datasets, gaining a decisive advantage.

Under the leadership of CEO Sean Moriarty, Primer specializes in leveraging AI to enhance intelligence and decision cycles while prioritizing safety and security.

Meanwhile, their secure offering incorporates customized Large Language Model functionality, empowering analysts, operators, and decision-makers to extract valuable insights from vast volumes of open source and proprietary data, significantly reducing decision-making time.

Primer Delta: Innovative Self-Curating Knowledge Base

The AI-powered technology company recently launched Primer Delta, an innovative self-curating knowledge base that can analyze millions of documents within seconds.

The platform can be deployed on-premises or in the cloud, enabling analysts to securely search large-scale document caches and databases, extracting the most relevant information.

Primer has a strong presence with offices in Arlington, Virginia, and San Francisco, California. The company caters to various sectors, including the US Government, strategic allies, and Fortune 100 companies.

The AI-powered technology startup collaborates closely with officials from USSOCOM, the Air Force, and the Army, enhancing machine learning capabilities for mission planning, predictive logistics, and expediting intelligence and decision cycles.

Revolutionizing Data Analytics for Government and Commercial Customers

The significant funding boost solidifies Primer’s position as an industry leader, propelling its mission to deliver advanced AI applications to government and commercial customers.

“AI-powered technology is revolutionizing the defense space, from intelligence gathering and threat analysis to decision support systems,” said Peter Tague, Managing Partner of USIT and member of Primer’s board.

“Primer is developing cutting-edge decision support technology for national security and military organizations with mission-critical applications. We’re proud to support Primer as they continue delivering competitive advantages for the United States and its allies,” added Peter.

AI-powered technology solutions cater to government contracts and Fortune 100 companies seeking to optimize their data for maximum efficiency gains.

Their native AI platforms, Primer Delta and Primer Command, utilize proprietary NLP technology built on transformer-based neural networks, enabling faster and more accurate modeling tailored to customer-specific data and workflows.

Empowering Organizations with Trusted AI Solutions

Primer Technologies’ recent funding and leadership announcements position them to revolutionize the data analytics landscape. They provide trusted AI solutions that empower organizations to extract timely insights and gain a competitive edge.

The substantial funding injection and strategic leadership change mark significant milestones, further advancing Primer’s mission to enhance decision-making capabilities and ensure safety and security through AI-powered intelligence.
